Tasting Room Associate, David Ashmore, has been sharing conversation and knowledge with visitors to Adelsheim Vineyard since the spring of 2007. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restuarant Management from Northern Arizona University. He has worked in the Hotel industry for the past 12 years, but decided on a career change to the wine industry when he and his wife moved to Oregon. David first experienced Adelsheim Pinot noir at a Las Vegas restaurant and knew if he were ever to work in the wine industry, that Adelsheim Vineyard had to be the place.
