Selected each vintage from the finest lots in our cellars, the Adelsheim Vineyard Reserve wines reflect the vintage and character of northern Willamette Valley Pinot noir and Chardonnay. By holding back our best barrels, we are able to choose between different soil types, clones, site climates, fermenter sizes, and barrel characteristics. Combining these variables, and a lot of work, our Reserve wines truly represent a vision of the vintage, showing wonderful intensity, balance, richness, and complexity.
