CH This outrageously fresh wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes of the Chehalem Mountains and Dundee Hills. We use little or no French oak, malolactic fermentation, skin contact, or residual sugar. Stone fruit and crisp apple flavors, minerality and a long, slightly creamy finish. One taste and you'll look at Chardonnay in a whole new light.

MEDIA REVIEWS

The Oregonian, May 17, 2007
As with a delicious white burgundy, this screw-capped beauty is all about minerality, with none of the sweet-and-sour notes you might find in an oaky chard. It boasts a nose of stones and lilacs and a wonderfully mouth-filling palate with nice spices to the finish. Approachable, affordable and eminently food-friendly, this is a paragon of the new oak-free (or virtually) Oregon style of chardonnay. –Katherine Cole
