We've arrived in the winery tank room. Here, immense wooden access doors and overhead windows add natural light and create an open feel. White wines from our Willamette and Winery Series are slowly fermented and aged here in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks. These tanks are also utilized in cold-stabilizing white wines, and in the assembly and filtration of our final blends prior to bottling.
