Celebrate the 4th of July in Wine Country with us!

After selling out last year, Pablo’s famous choripán returns by popular demand. This beloved Argentine street-food classic features grilled chorizo served on a crusty roll and topped with Pablo’s homemade chimichurri—a simple yet unforgettable pairing of bold flavors and genuine hospitality. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy a traditional Argentine alfajor, a delicate sandwich cookie filled with dulce de leche.

Throughout the day, we’ll be pouring a special 4th of July wine flight thoughtfully curated to complement the menu and showcase the best of summer in the Chehalem Mountains.

Settle in for a laid-back holiday afternoon with vineyard views, great company, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass. We’ll be sabering sparkling wine throughout the day and toasting to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Pinot.
