Join us in beautiful Park City for a weekend celebrating wine, food, and mountain adventure as part of the Park City Wine Festival. We are so excited to co-host a French Elegance Wine Dinner with James Beard award winning chef, Galen Zamarra! Adelsheim’s very own, Mike Willison, will be speaking and bringing his unbridled enthusiasm along for every pour. Mike’s passion about wine can only be rivaled by his extensive experience as part of the band of crazies and dreamers that helped to build the Oregon Wine Industry.
This can’t-be-missed event is a 5 course menu showcasing the harmony of French cuisine paired with reimaged Burgundy-style wines.
