Adelsheim Wine Dinner at OKTA

Experience an extraordinary evening at ōkta farm & kitchen, where Chef Christine Smith presents a thoughtfully crafted four-course tasting menu inspired by the day’s harvest from ōkta Farm and the surrounding region. Each course will be paired with Adelsheim wines as founder David Adelsheim shares the stories, history, and collaborative spirit that helped shape the Willamette Valley into one of the world’s great wine regions.

Menu is currently vague but will expand to include seasonal farm produce and pickings.
