Join us for a delightful journey into the effervescent world of sparkling wines! In this introductory class, you'll discover the magic behind the bubbly. We will be comparing styles of sparkling wines, learning about traditional method versus Champagne (trick question?), and exploring why Willamette Valley is ideal for producing bubbles. This class will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the sparkling side of life. Cheers!
