April 5: Debut of Rosé: Wednesday, 3 pm- 6 pm. Come try the first tasting of 2022 Rosé. 22 Rosé is typically ready in March and we will have it here for you to taste. Be the first!
April 6: Niman Ranch Iberian Duroc Pork Challenge: Thursday, 3 pm- 6 pm. Be with us on the streets of Vail as Chefs compete for the best of the best.
April 7: Niman Ranch Mountaintop Tasting: Eagles Nest Gondola: Friday, 12:00-2:30. Join us on the top of the Mountain for incredible food and drinks with unparalleled views.
April 8: Grand Tasting: 5-8:00 pm. The best of the best will be poured and served.
This year we have guest chefs and a chef's playground in our Taste of Vail Village. We have many great seminars and wine dinners to add to your schedule during the festival.
