The mission of Adelsheim Wine School is to make wine approachable and fun!
In this introductory class, you'll discover the impact that new and neutral French oak barrels have on the red and white winemaking process, from imparting complex flavors and aromas to influencing the texture and aging potential of the wines. Through tastings and discussions, you'll gain insight into how oak barrels can enhance or subtly alter the characteristics of different grape varieties, ultimately shaping the final expression of the wine in your glass.
