Winemaker Dinner at Headwaters at the Heathman

Chef Vitaly Paley has curated a menu that pairs perfectly with Adelsheim wines:

Buterbrodi, house smoked black cod, herring schmear

First Course ~ 2014 Caitlin’s Reserve Chardonnay
Octopus Carpaccio, preserved lemon and saffron, seaweed pesto

Second Course ~ 2011 Elizabeth’s Reserve Pinot noir
Rabbit Saddle Galantine, poppy seed spätzle, whole grain mustard jus

Main Course ~ 2013 Bryan Creek Vineyard, Pinot noir
and 2013 Boulder Bluff Vineyard, Pinot Noir
