Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following states: AR, DE, IN, KY, ND, NE, SD, UT, VT, WV.

Refunds & Cancellations

Damaged and flawed wines may be exchanged for current vintage equivalents on a case-by-case basis. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that are ordered in error. Please send an email to shipping@adelsheimvineyard.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 503.538.3652 for return instructions.

Reservations canceled within 48 hours of events will not be refunded.

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after 90 days after the date of purchase.
