Winemaker’s Dinner at Middleground Farms

Spend an unforgettable evening at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms with Adelsheim’s Director of Winemaking & Viticulture, Gina Hennen.  An intimate evening of food, wine, and stories from the Chehalem Mountains.

This special dinner brings together a thoughtfully prepared multi-course menu and a curated selection of Adelsheim wines, each pairing designed to highlight the harmony between seasonal ingredients and the wines of the Chehalem Mountains.

Throughout the evening, Gina will share stories from the vineyard and cellar, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the people, places, and decisions that shape each bottle. Set on a charming farm just outside Portland, Middleground Farms provides the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable night of food, wine, and conversation.
